Pertemuan Pramuka Penegak dan Pandega Putri Putra tingkat Nasional Pertama atau disingkat dengan Perppanitra Nasional I menjadi cikal bakal terselenggarakan pertemuan pramuka golongan penegak dan pandega, Raimuna.
Melalui kegiatan ini, pramuka Penegak dan Pandega beraksi, bersinergi, dan berkolaborasi dalam kegiatan, sehingga tercipta kebersamaan dan persatuan, serta mengembangkan persahabatan.
Kata raimuna berasal dari bahasa Ambai, bahasa yang biasa digunakan oleh penduduk Yapen Timur, Papua. Terdiri dari rai dan muna. Rai yang berarti kelompok orang atau sekelompok kepala suku untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Sedangkan muna berarti kekuatan untuk mencapai keberhasilan.
Secara bahasa, raimuna berarti sekelompok orang yang berkumpul bersama dengan segala daya kekuatan untuk mencapai tujuan atau keberhasilan bersama.
Kegiatan yang berbentuk kemah besar ini diselenggarakan mulai dari tingkat Kwartir Ranting atau kecamatan hingga tingkat nasional. Perkemahan yang dilakukan lebih bersifat kreatif, rekreatif, dan edukatif.
